MANAGEMENT AND THE SCHEDULING DEPARTMENT ARE HORRIBLE!!!! I would give it zero star review!!! It stared with the scheduling department constant changing my appointment time and days. My son started speech therapy when the company logo was Butterfly therapy and I believe they changed owners. I never had a problem with the therapist Julie and Mrs. Juana were wonderful and my son progressed. What Tipped the ice berg was when I received a discharged letter stating that my child was severe incompetent unable to speak or comprehend. I blame the new management who lacks communication skills. They recommended him with the wrong treatment when they said he needed help in a different specialty.

Monarch provides top ABA services in center and at my sons school. I would rate them a ten star thank you for helping our kids strive to the next level
