All of the staff here are amazing, the front desk Receptionists are very sweet.

So, I was referred here by my kiddos PCP and one was referred a month ago and the other about a week ago. I called today and spoke to Tara (front desk). She asked for my kiddos last name and I gave it to her, along with both my boy's names and she said, "Yeah, I don't have them," and I asked her if she'd prefer their date of birth without a beat she's like that's not gona help me. Okay?? She has an extremely entitled tone and no phone etiquette whatsoever. Just alone in that interaction, I told her I would be looking elsewhere. I will not be able to establish care at a place where my first impression is everything.

They are not as kind as they use to be. However they do have a few good therapists. However if you are have certain situational issues the front desk receptionist will mock you on the phone and make you feel like their policies are more important than your human rights. My son’s first therapist/co-owner Ashley was sweet, but Jill was better. It’s a loss my son and I will both grieve as I find him a new therapist. Thanks to your receptionist. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I am a local counselor who has referred to this clinic. The front office staff is attentive, helpful, and professional. This clinic has some wonderful therapists trained in a variety of techniques and the clinic accepts a wide range of insurances including Medicaid. All clients I have referred to this clinic have nothing but good things to say about Monarch.
