Wonderful experience from check in at ER to triage area! Some people in waiting area…in and cared for with 2 hrs…with meds! Thanks for the great care!❤️

The Attending ER doctor was very professional and had a great bedside manner. The nurses also have a great bedside manner and great attitude towards the situation. I love the fact my husband got blood drawn out of his arm and not his hand via an ultrasound of his arm, that was great and I highly recommend if you have hidden veins to ask for an ultrasound to help find the veins.

As someone who never goes to Doctors unless it’s literally a life or death situation I can honestly say I was extremely pleased with the hospital. In the ER I had Dr Hoffman and Brooke as my nurse. They were kind, made me comfortable and didn’t talk to me like I was an idiot like some medical providers do. I definitely wasn’t my happy chipper self but they got me laughing and feeling human again. I 10/10 recommend.

They got me in quickly. The CT tech (can't remember her name, sorry!) did great! I had never had one. Doctor Badger was great at talking with me. And Skylar from the ER made sure I was kept in the loop with everything. Seemed like a great guy. The whole surgical team was great, thanks Jesse and Nelson.

I received care for a fall at the Spearfish Emergency Room on 07/10/24. We were attended to almost immediately even though the ER was very busy. Understandably, we waited for a bit for Triage, and the nurse noted my difficulty in getting out of the chair in the waiting room. She did the Triage routine and brought some ice packs for the swelling. She also graciously allowed us to stay in the Triage room because the chair was much more comfortable. The lady that did the x-ray was also very pleasant as well as the nurse who did the blood draw. I enjoyed joking with both of them. Unfortunately, my mind was elsewhere and I didn't take note of any specific names other than Dr. Fromm. He too was very pleasant, and obviously cared about my situation. When we received the X-ray results and they showed no breaks or serious damage, we decided we might as well go home and give them the room for more important patients. We really appreciated the staff's understanding of our wishes and not fussing over the fact we wanted to leave. The only negative comment I can make is that the chairs in the ER waiting room are worn out and horrible to sit on, much less try to get out of. I would suggest an upgrade there, very soon.
