Moonbug Therapy (Formerly Columbia Speaks)

Izzy is wonderful with my son. He has pelvic floor occupational therapy with Izzy and she is amazing, understanding, helpful and is helping my son so much and I can't tell how grateful we are for the help. Highly recommend Moonbug theraphy to all.

Very unprofessional they never answer the phone I’ve contacted the supervisor I called almost 30 times back to back multiple days in a row could still never get anyone to answer the phone the therapist Catherine that they sent out couldn’t even follow simple instructions nor could the company for a company letterhead stating what time and days that they would be coming to do my son‘s autistic therapy on the speech therapist couldn’t even come up with an age appropriate plan for my son She was always more than 15 to 30 minutes late she would even call and cancel if she wasn’t showing when they mandatory meetings they failed to let the client know hey your appointment day is gonna be pushed back wouldn’t respond until days later after business hours at least for the therapist when I tried to contact the manager of the company I contacted them for over a week and they never answer the phone or responded hired a new therapist and she said she quit that company because of how horrible they are no wonder the changed the name I saw all of the horrible reviews under their previous name I would highly suggest u stay away from the company the are very unprofessional u can tell they do this for a check and do not have the kids best interest at heart it’s so bad when Catherine would come my son who never cry’s would scream and Hillary and run away from her she couldn’t even do her job properly which was to get him to talk her spirit and vibes had my son screaming for 3-4 hours even after she left I highly recommend u stay away from this company I will Be contacting the Better Business Bureau and consumer affairs

My son came here for Speech Therapy with Ms. Suzanne Gould. She is phenomenal. I love her techniques she uses to get her clients engaged. My son is making great progress with her and I am grateful for her services. #MoonbugTherapy

My son has been working with Ms. April for over a year now and the progress he has made in the past year has been amazing. Due to covid we chose virtual speech session and Ms April made sure my son continues getting the proper therapy he needs. She is able to keep him entertained and teach him new things every week. My son loves working with her and always looks forward to meeting her. We couldn’t have asked for a better therapist!

We have been working with April from Columbia Speaks for over half a year now. April is great working with my son’s speech therapy and he loves her. She has been there for us through my son’s diagnosis of Autism and has stayed an important member of his support team.

I have nothing but positive things to say! Our therapist, April, is so awesome! She has worked with our son for over a year and the progress he has made under her care has been nothing short of amazing. She had also been very accommodating. We have had to reschedule a few sessions and she worked with us to make up any time we missed. She keeps our son engaged and also teaches our family the different techniques she uses so that we are able to participate in his progress.

Columbia speaks was a perfect fit for our family. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about our time with the company. The office staff was very professional and helpful, especially when my insurance made things very difficult. Our therapist, Rebecca was wonderful with my twins. She was patient and understanding to their individual needs. She was always on time and willing to make up any sessions, that I needed to cancel. My kids love her and still ask to see her.
