Moore Autism Center Pc

Would rate zero stars if I could. Jamie is harassing us at this point. I have told her MULTIPLE times over the phone that we are no longer interested in Speech, and OT services and to remove us from the waitlist. She states that she will and then turns around and keeps calling like we didn’t just have this conversation. This issue has been going on for close to a year now and I am fed up. Anytime I try to call the Moore Autism Center about this issue they just transfer me to her and it’s the same Twilight Zone phone call. We’re stuck in a loop!!

My boys and i was sick i called the day before and informed her we all had strep jamie or whoever said it was okay to call.her to let her know when we wasnt sick que two weeks later we get a bill saying we owe 100$.. excuse me? No i don't think so. We did miss the next weeks appt bec we was still sick my son had paralysis in his face from the strep and infection and then caught a horrible rash on their face and mouth also.. anyway we found a different place this place is all about money and their patients are just like cattle to them.. they dont care about their patients and only care about money! Idc how good you claim you're center to be..

The behavioral therapy was useless nice lady but useless

Wonderful experience, Diagnosis was spot on.

The people at Moore Autism are very friendly and considerate and make my 2 kids feel comfortable in the environment. I love the therapist and how they work with my kids and the front desk staff are amazing.

They only have one assessor for adults, she is now on maternity leave and they don't have a replacement for her. Which means I won't even be able to get my results now until after her maternity leave (6-12 more weeks). I have waited 5 weeks, a week more than they said it would take. I called a week ago and they didn't bother to even mention she was already on maternity leave, they just told me that it hadn't been 4 weeks yet (it was 3 days shy of that) and that she would call me when my results are ready. And today when I called when I was frustrated and confused because what they were telling me didn't match what the assessor told me, they "politely" hung up on me. I really would have expected more efficiency and compassion from a counseling service, especially with as much as I paid for their services.

If you can find another evaluation center, do it! (Ps there is a new autism center down the road). We waited literally 2 YEARS for our appointment, paid $1300 for our sons evaluation. The evaluation itself seemed to go okay. I was told it would be a few weeks to get the report. Apparently they only do the reports over the phone, so you have nothing you can read or review during the conversation to ask questions and she didn’t even seem confident in her evaluation. They tell you that they will send you the evaluation paperwork in the mail after the phone call. I waited two weeks and called because I never got my paperwork. They said they were holding it to wait for insurance to process. What! I paid $1300 for that paperwork. They said they keep the paperwork so they can make sure you don’t owe more or less. The evaluation paperwork IS NOT A BILL! I paid for that paperwork and if I owe more or less you send A BILL/CHECK! It’s ridiculous you hold evaluations. paperwork hostage after patients are paying a ridiculous amount because you ASSUME the insurance won’t cover anything. They will also bill your insurance for " IN office visit" instead of a telemedicine for the follow up call (in office is not an option) which is wrong and could cost you more out of pocket. I also called back about the money they owe me since I over paid according to my claims on my insurance because they were "holding the evaluation paperwork to make sure I don't owe and they don't owe me" only to be told the bill hasn't been finalized to determine the amount owed either way. But isn't that why they were holding my evaluation paperwork hostage?
