Very organized and detailed team. Punctuality is what I like, my child’s therapist has been cut short in the past in some hospital to cater to other patients’ need. And my child’s Therapist time has to be cut from 30 minutes to 20 minutes all the time. This place they treat all patients fair, they will not punish you and cut your time short for no reason.

Great place and great staff. Unlike some other place in town who never calls back, this place responds quick and take every call and message serious. The building is very organized and the place is calm. It’s worth your time checking into .

Very professional and lightning efficiency. Literally we text them on Facebook the first day, and we got appointment and got our child’s information submitted to the insurance the second day. The place is probably the biggest in cape county, very clean and professional. They have cameras in the center so everything is transparent, They have patience to answer all the questions parents have. Very amazed.

This is a great company and their mission continues to be focused on helping people. I believe in the work they do and appreciate how they take care of their clients. They are a leader in ABA.

Morning star is not considerate. They called reminding me of 15 minutes left to bring my son for his appointment. Apparently they have a wait time of 15 min befor they call. My son's school bus usually gets here at 3:20. Then I have to give him dinner because he is there at morning star for 3 hours. It was 4 oclock, my sons bus was late and I explained i will be there at 4:15. I was leaving and only live a few minutes away. Usually someone is at the door to get my child but today I walked in the doors at exactly 4:15. We went up the elevator and it was 4:16. When the doors opened Kate Sharp was standing at the elevator door with another therapist to tell me we missed the appointment. I showed her my phone says 4:16. She says she gave his slot away to another kid. She told him bye as if his mind can register why we are leaving I am not suppose to go home yet. I guess they just randomly have some disabled person on speed dial that that can arrive in 60 seconds. What is wrong with her? What type of business is that who work with special needs and don't understand things happen. One minute late! I am hoping someone can explain this situation to me. Terrible. Do they even care how challenging it is to get him in and out of the car without and his mind is set on going to therapy. Heartless
