Our family had a deeply concerning experience with Mosaic Health & Rehab, the private PT/OT/ST provider contracted to assess children at our son’s school. Their evaluation of our four-year-old depicted him as having multiple developmental delays and even implied possible disability. These findings were entirely inconsistent with our observations, as well as those of his previous teachers and prior PT/OT/ST screenings. We immediately followed up with our pediatrician, who conducted a comprehensive developmental and speech assessment and found no delays in gross motor, fine motor, or speech. Since then, we’ve spoken with several other parents who received nearly identical “findings” from Mosaic, each of which was later ruled out by their pediatricians. Equally troubling, Mosaic’s staff encouraged us to schedule therapy directly through their company, rather than consulting our pediatrician first. That approach felt ethically questionable and self-serving, raising concerns about potential conflicts of interest and the integrity of their screening process. Parents should take these screenings with a grain of salt until they confirm the results with their pediatrician and take further action. In our view, Mosaic’s practices created unnecessary anxiety and confusion for us and many other families, rather than accurately identifying children’s needs.

We experienced consistently exceptional care from the entire team, and a special shout out to Rhiannon who is so gifted with babies and so skilled at interacting intentionally with them and teaching parents and caregivers how to work with achieving necessary goals and milestones at home. Highly recommended!

Mosaic has been the most helpful place for my children for the past 4 years. They have helped in ways that I could never have thought. All of their dedication to their work and to the kids is impeccable. Amazing place to send your kids for all different kinds of needs.

Mosaic has been the critical piece in assisting our son through the effects of epilepsy. He has grown so much through the expertise of Lindsey, Zillah and Taylor (as well the awesome colleagues who sometimes fill in). They are brilliant caregivers who are able to explain the skills that they are working on and how we can assist our son in overcoming his challenges. Mosaic’s therapists are definitely growth focused and help us see ways to navigate in spite of the effects of epilepsy on our son’s brain and development. Lindsey’s awareness of his challenges in terms have led to successful vision therapy and the language to share with care givers and teachers to help him be most successful. We are very lucky to have Mosaic recommended and are thankful for all their brilliance!

We’ve been bringing our son Brock to Mosaic Rehab in Belgrade since he was a baby, and we truly can’t say enough good things about the care he’s received! He first saw Rhiannon for pediatric physical therapy, and as a mom, I felt completely comfortable and confident bringing him in at such a young age. Rhiannon was so kind, knowledgeable, and gentle—she made the whole experience feel safe and supportive, which meant everything to me as a new mom. Now that Brock is older, he’s seeing Morgan for speech therapy, and we’ve been blown away by the progress he’s made. Morgan has such a gift for working with kids—she makes every session fun and engaging, and Brock absolutely adores her. His speech has come such a long way, and we’re so proud of how far he’s come. The entire team at Mosaic is warm, professional, and truly invested in each child’s success. We’re so thankful to have found them and can honestly say they’ve played such a meaningful role in Brock’s development. Highly, highly recommend!
