42 years ago we helped Bethphage get a group home started in Grand Island, NE. Then Mosaic took over and now after living in the same room for 40 years. Our daughter is bring evicted because as parents we are too involved. They did an in house investigation and never talked to us once. They took an exemployee's word as 100% of the incidents which were only half truths.Then no call just a letter saying she is evicted. People you thought were honest and caring are back stabbers. So do not trust them, they only see dollars. If we had known they were like this 42 years ago we would have never helped them. They accuse you and do not listen nor want yo listen. We use to feel part of the family, there is no family concept. The clients are poorly cared for and their excuse is we are short of staff. With the management they have in GI it is a wonder anyone would work for them. Which is why in the last 4 years there has not been a consistent home supervisor or nurse.
Great leadership
The people they serve, are no longer priority. It's the money. Sad!! Edit: I did reach out to the Grand Island office and the corporate office in Omaha before I posted my review. No one I talked to in either location could give me a good explanation besides the money. My brother's were on service with them for around 20 years. Sad! The people they served use to be a priority.
