The doctor I saw was very dismissive. They would ask questions, but consistently interrupted me mid answer. I did not feel like I was heard in my struggles. My appointment was not properly handled in my opinion. I was not asked certain questions, but in my chart, it says I denied these symptoms. How can I deny something that I was never asked. Overall, my experience was very poor. I have seen multiple therapists and doctors in regards to my mental health issues and this is my first bad experience.
I was dealing with some mental health issues and I was beyond scared to ask for help. I came into mosaic thinking, they will just throw me in a padded room or something. I couldn't have been more wrong. Three good meals a day, snacks, and nurses, staff, and doctors who care deeply about you. There wasn't a staff member who I didn't think for a second didn't care about me. Thank you guys so much!
Stay away from Dr. Brown I would say more but it would get deleted. Update: Dr. Drew as he calls himself makes Brown look great. Stay away. The whole clinic has fallen apart since the switched locations. They don't answer mychart messages and the list goes on.I talked to the manager Melissa, no change.
They will send your scripts in on Friday with next year's date on it and won't answer the phone or return the pharmacies calls that were made on Friday. Never have I seen a doctors office with no one on call after hours or on weekends to fix this they are rude at the answering service basically told me off and hung up on me. I will be contacting the state medical board about this office I think it should be shut down. This is the worst dr office I've ever been to and I've been to some shady ones In my life. I would take your child to the center first before I would go here.
I was a patient here for 10 yrs. Recently moved out of state and the transition was a blazing hot mess. You guys are the best. So understanding and kind to me over the years.Wish I could have brought you all with me. Not just the doctors. The whole staff. Thanks for everything side note. Not an endorsement in regards to Mosaic and their shady business practices. Just this one particular group.. You can't get any better in NW Missouri
