The pelvic floor therapy really helped me a lot. I was told I should have surgery done for my prolapse but this was a real help. Priyanka was wonderful! She explained everything really well and told me how to do all the exercises. The handouts are really helpful! I would recommend Motivate and my awesome therapist, Priyanka any day!!
