Mount Pleasant Pediatric Therapy

Everyone here is absolutely incredible! Every therapist has treated my daughter like she is family and spoils her with attention and love! Layne is the kindest person to talk to on the phone and so organized, and the owners are so down to earth and truly care about every family! I have seen so much growth in just a few months already with her speech, walking, sign language, confidence, and social skills. There are private rooms and community rooms that meet the needs of every kid with so many fun and engaging activities, plus there is the sweetest therapy dog walking around that the kids adore! We are so lucky to get to come here every week!

MPPT has been very good to us. My son has been with Cara for a year now and we have seen amazing results. She really takes her time,with the best patience ever. She communicates with feedback that helps us at home , which provides my son with the same support. This experience has been life changing. I would recommend there services to anyone in need. Side note: I travel about 1 hour for our sessions, believe me when I say it is worth it! We also see Faith now and she has been a wonderful addition to our team. Thank you all 😊

We adore the staff at Mt P Pediatric Therapy and have been going for ST & OT for ~2 years. Kate is an amazing, caring and skilled OT who is so easy to talk with. She is flexible with our schedule changes and is super vested in our kiddo's life and progress. We've also seen Laikyn for ST and feel the same. Each therapist is so friendly and down to earth!

My daughter has been going to MPPT for speech therapy since her frenotomy (tongue tie procedure) in October 2023. Her therapist, Laiken, is always so bubbly and encouraging, making my daughter eager and excited for speech days. I truly think my 4yo views her sessions as playdates rather than therapy sessions. We have seen incredible progress and really appreciate how involved they keep us in her progress and what we can be reinforcing at home. I would absolutely recommend MPPT. It's been a wonderful experience!

We have been seeing Ms. Hannah at Mt. Pleasant Peds therapy for two years and just adore her! She is so kind and puts together great therapy plans that incorporate what our child is interested in and will help him progress. We’re so thankful that we have access to this wonderful group of therapists in our local community.

My children have been going here for three and a half years, and their therapist have become like family. We see Amanda and Brooke for Speech, Renee for Occupational and Hannah for Physical. But we have seen nearly all of the therapist that work here as well. Each therapist brings something so positive and uplifting to their kids. I mean with my kids alone, I have seen so many improvements in every aspect of their lives, and for that I am so incredibly grateful for all they do. They truly have made such amazing strides with so many kids that come through their doors.

This team is amazing! From the office manager to the therapist themselves. We started when my son was 13 months old and it was the first time I was leaving him alone with adults not family. I cannot put into words how much my son loves this place. He would light up when he arrived and cried when it was time to leave. The therapists there are so thoughtful and you can tell they love their job. They are informative and extremely knowledgeable— and helpful with sharing resources. We have been seeing Miss Emma for over a year now for OT and she is one of the nicest people I have ever met and my son adores her. Which brings me so much comfort knowing my child is happy while he’s learning. She has been so helpful and provides so much information. We have meet with many staff members for evaluations, and even tho my son may not receive services from them, they all know his name! As an educator, that tells you something about a place if children feel seen, heard, and remembered. Cannot say enough about this place. (Also, I would like to add how clean it is!!)

My autistic son recently completed a mini Intensive Feeding Therapy program at Mt. Pleasant Pediatric Therapy and it was amazing. Ms. Lindsay is an amazing speech pathologist and her care, concern and patience with my son is and was beyond commendable. She is well-versed in her profession and the sessions were comfortable, fun and very informative. I left with a toolkit and a sense of joy, hope, and pride with the improvements that my son has made within such a short amount of time. Thank you, Ms. Lindsay and thank you to the AMAZING staff that was so warm and welcoming each and every time we walked through the doors. I would recommend this facility 100 times over.
