My daughter has been seeing Ellie for over a year (maybe longer?) & LOVES her. Ellie is so vibrant, patient & trusting, I love that my daughter has such a good relationship with her & feels so comfortable. Ellie visits her at school during the school year & during the summer, we go in office. My daughter has ASD & gets extremely overstimulated & doesn’t like to participate in anything after school so this is the most effective protocol for us, thankful MCN can accommodate.

We've seen so much growth while our son has been in therapy at MCN for PCIT and individual services. MaryEllen has truly been a godsend and genuinely cares about her clients. She has worked diligently to establish a rapport with our son and would stop at nothing to advocate for him and help him succeed.

Wonderful place! My child has been receiving personal counseling and we have been doing family therapy. It has helped my child, our family relationship, and my marriage!

The only positive is that the scheduler was nice. Never got to have my first appointment because they NEVER called to discuss the fact that I needed to show up with $350 until I drove an hour, took off work, and rescheduled my sons appointment to be there. Obviously, as most people, I couldn’t just come up with that on the spot and billing doesn’t work with you at all. I wouldn’t have cared had it been communicated and I could’ve prepared. Mind you I waited over 9 months for an appointment in the first place and would have to go back on the waitlist to be seen again. Needless to say, I’ll just stick with telehealth.

Mountain Care Network is not the place you want your child to receive therapy. The reason why, the child does not receive therapy. Our child was seen in the office for the assessment session at the end of November. She was then set up with a therapist to see her every Friday at school. She was seen 3 weeks later for one therapy. That was in the beginning of December. She has not been seen since. One therapist quit, then another therapist came on board and she was gone before our child was seen. Then I received a call from a new therapist and she was to be seen today, February eighth. I received a message from that therapist today stating her child is sick so she can’t be seen till next week. I do not recommend Mountain Care Network. Since I’m going to have to start all over again with a new group, I think Mountain Care Network should reimburse our medical insurance payments so we can apply them to whomever we find to replace them.
