Great staff, they truly care about your child.

If I could give this place a zero stars, I would. I called over a month ago, looking for OT and feeding therapy services for my son. Over a week later, they emailed me intake forms which took almost an hour to fill out. They acknowledged receipt of the forms, and then went silent on me. After waiting over a month, I sent a check up email and I was told oh sorry, they don't have an OT, but they are trying to hire one. When I asked for clarification, they said they only have a virtual one, even though that is not what I was told originally. Why couldn't they tell me that when I originally called?! Waiting lists for these services can be very long, and my son desperately needs them. Instead, this unprofessional group led me on and caused my son to suffer for six more weeks. I wouldn't send my child to anybody who can't even communicate simple facts. Unbelievable and unacceptable.

We love this place and Mrs. Bryce!!! We thank God for them and all of their help. Our daughter has improved so much in just the few months. Thank you for all of your dedication with these children, especially my daughter.

They are the best! They tried to get the twins right away! I love haw dedicated they are with the kids and parents! I think it's the best choice we ever made!

My son has been coming to this “clinic” for a year and a half, and I have nothing but good things to say. Every single person we have met is incredible. Therapy team is top-notch. They meet my son at his level. They encourage him, challenge him, and it’s very clear that they truly care about his success. In the time that we’ve been coming here, my son has made such incredible progress. Office staff is personable, knowledgeable, and really go above and beyond. My son has a brief gap in between sessions, and my son hangs out with the office staff during that time. They read with my son, play with him, and have really gotten to *know* him. This feels more like leaving my son with close friends than at a “clinic.” 10🌟, definitely recommend. You would be hard-pressed to find a better group of people!

Our son started going to The Playroom around age 9. I tried everything I could think of to help him at home before he was tested and we discovered where the issue really was. The Playroom staff really worked with him and he just graduated from middle school! His achievements have blown away any expectations for his younger self. I truly don't believe he would have made it this far without The Playroom, thank you for being there, for truly caring, and helping my child succeed. He's grown so much academically!
