Because of covid, you have to wait outside or in your car...not an issue. The issue is, the therapist thinks her time is too valuable. We showed up 20 minutes early because we had to fill out paperwork, but because we came back inside 4 minutes after our appointment time, we were “late” and had to reschedule. Mind you, no one else is there. The therapist needs “extra” time to wash her hands and ask us questions. Do you know how many times I’ve had to wait on a doctor past my scheduled appointment time? I would much rather wait on an extra 10 minutes on my appointment then be turned away from an appointment that was already difficult to schedule. This office has very unrealistic expectations not only with the current covid conditions but for treating children.
Great staff. Never had an issue with insurance or scheduling. Everything went smoothly. I go 3x a week and my son is improving fast. I go to both the centennial and east location.both are Amazing places!
I just had an evaluation done at the east location. The front staff were nice and helpful. The therapist (Kirsten) who did the evaluation was horrible. She rushed through the whole evaluation, it’s obvious not enough time was scheduled for a full evaluation. She kept saying she needed to hurry up which made the visit extremely rushed. Her tone of voice was very nasty and she made myself and my child feel uncomfortable, which he expressed to me after the visit. She became noticeably frustrated because my child has a short attention span. She needs to learn to be more patient with children, especially in this line of work, because it’s obvious that children who go there need a little more patience and time than others. It was not a good experience and I will definitely not be attending this location ever again.
Staff has no kids to understand how things work kids get sick but dont really accommodate sent us to another location for an appointment that was never on the books 2hrs away and all we got for that frustration was a 25$ cancelation credit not really professional the office staff but therapist are good pur son had Kelsey and he loved working with her but we will go to another place due to staff being jerks
