Myna Therapy Services, PLLC

Overall, Myna Therapy has been a great experience for our family. Everyone we’ve interacted with has been kind and welcoming, and my daughter genuinely enjoys coming. She especially loves getting to pick a snack when we arrive, which makes transitions much easier. There are just a couple of areas that have been frustrating. First, appointment cancellations have been inconsistent. On multiple occasions, I called ahead to cancel appointments (sometimes days in advance, sometimes day-of), but the appointments were never removed from the schedule. We were then called after the appointment start time asking where we were, which was awkward since I had already canceled. Second, scheduling has been challenging. It’s very difficult for me to take time off work two days a week for 30-minute appointments. One of the main reasons we chose Myna was that they indicated they could provide therapy at our daycare, but this is no longer being offered after our initial evaluation. That said, the therapists and staff are wonderful, and my daughter enjoys her time there. With some improvements in communication and scheduling flexibility, this would easily be a 5-star experience.

After searching for a “home” for our kiddos to work in their development, we landed at Myna. Speech and OT are the services the kiddos needed. Myna even does trunk or treat, summer camps and even set up an angel tree during the holidays. They look out for the kids and the community

Really appreciate the work done with Morgan and flexibility with scheduling. He loves coming here.

Edit: After speaking with the owner Elaine I decided to update my review. Our experiences with Myna were due to odd circumstances and timing. Elaine was very kind and professional and offered several options for continuing our son's OT. It was a positive conversation and much appreciated. Original: What started out promising ended with us being frustrated and annoyed with Myna's services. We paid hundreds of dollars for services but have gotten no progess in our son. We do not recommend myna.

My son has been coming here for speech therapy for about a month and wow! Every person we have interacted with has been beyond kind, helpful, and caring. We personally see speech therapist Laikyn and we feel so lucky to have her! She is so patient (with me AND my son), knowledgeable, and kind. She answers all of my questions, celebrates my son’s improvements with me, and reassures me when I feel like I failed. This place is truly like sunshine and I’m so thankful for them!

This is a nice quiet place with friendly staff! It has helped out my son's speech and they're very patient.

Can’t say enough nice things about Myna! They are so good at communicating and accommodating for our needs and schedule. Emma (OT) has been working with our little one this summer and we are making so much progress. You can tell everyone really cares about their patients. Highly recommend!

We have had such a wonderful experience with Myna Therapy. Our SLP's, Miss Katie and Miss Cheyenne, have made speech therapy FUN and fulfilling from the start. They have continued to be the best part of our child's week from the beginning! Both of them have been wonderful at communicating with us throughout the process and keeping us in the loop.
