National Physical Therapy

This team is absolutely fantastic! They really go out of their way to connect with every patient, especially seniors and those who don't speak English. I can't recommend them enough. Kayla at the front desk is so sweet and has been incredible with getting my appointments scheduled quickly, even when I need to make changes. It's honestly impressive watching her stay so calm and efficient at 8 am when there's a whole crowd of pain-ridden folks ready to rush in! I've been seeing Jill for PT these past few months and not only is my pain so much better, but I'm getting recognizably stronger too. She really breaks down what's going on with your body and why you're doing each exercise—like which muscles you're working and how it helps. It makes you feel like you're actually part of planning your own treatment. When things get busy, Jill and the other PTs like John and James just jump in to help each other's patients without missing a beat. Everyone there is so friendly and supportive, and they're quick to modify exercise plans if something doesn't feel right or if you're having extra pain that day. PT isn't easy, but they make it better with their weekly random question polls, good music, and just being genuinely welcoming.

Kayla is an excellent receptionist, she works with me to find what times and days work with my busy schedule. James, Jillian, and John have all been wonderfully helpful in my recovery on multiple occasions. Thank you!

Love this place. The Customer Service is great. They are always willing to help you. They work well to fit your schedule. They are always willing to answer every question you have. The great thing is they work with you and help you achieve whatever goals it is your trying to achieve. Everyone is friendly. I came in not able to do much because I was in so much pain. They have me feeling great. I recommend this place to anyone who is in need of any physical therapy..

The woman Kayla at the front seat was awesome. Very thorough , very pleasant, and she worked with me when I had to call and miss a few appointments due to being sick. And John my pt guy is really good too. They make me feel comfortable where I’m at in my pt journey

I really like attending physical therapy here. Jill, John, and James are all amazing to work with and they listen to me and tailor each session to my needs. I also really like that they push me every time to get better and I have noticed significant improvement since starting! They listen to what my goals are and actively work to help me reach them. I highly recommend this location!

I came here to get PT for a work injury. Was skeptical at first, but from the first time I called, I spoke to Kayla, and I felt confident I made the right decision. Had trouble with my insurance and coverage at first, but Kayla in the front desk was exceptionally knowledgeable and very helpful with the process. After getting it all squared away, I met the staff, lead by Jill, John, and the rest of the staff was just as helpful and knowledgeable about their craft. They helped me achieve my goals in getting my motion and strength back, and I credit them for their help. Not only did they helped my with my injury,.but they have a family dynamic there that can't be matched by any other office. So much so that during my time, I had moved away to another state and I didn't mind doing the 2 hour plus drive to train with them! That speaks volume about how they treat their patients.
