My son was going here for almost 2 years. (Capitol hill location) He started OT for about 3 sessions. Then his sessions were dropped because the lack of staffing. Every Friday at 3pm for speech also. Then his therapist relocated to a different state so the center dropped my son’s services again because the lack of staffing. I called several times even contacted the VP. My son was never placed with another therapist and was eventually dropped from the center. As soon as I got my son his AAC device through his insurance, he was dropped from the program and never thought of again.I feel like the sessions he did have was a total waste of time.
