NONE OF THE NUMBERS LISTED WORK. They are constantly dropping or hanging up on people, transferring to everyone but the supervisor, and medical transportation good luck not a single number works have to call blue cross blue shield so they can get more call volume to be paid out for it by the government. Whats worse is all these at home workers have you on speaker phone, have kids running around or just crawling out of bed.

One of the most difficult things to deal with is the lack of empathy or the "I don't care/I wont get fire no matter how I treat customers" attitude the majority of Governmental and States agencies customer service reps have. But this time, I have to say the opposite due to the Friendliness, Professionalism, Knowledge and Willingness to Help that Krystle Wallace with the HHS Early Childhood Division provide me on different days I've called (Yes, I was lucky enough she was the one answering my calls each time). I had many questions and needed help with the process and Krystle went above and beyond to make sure I got all the information needed, make sure every step was followed and that I did not have any unanswered questions. I'm so happy to be the first 5 stars review here because Krystle has proven they are not all the same and someone still really cares. Thanks Krystle! you are the greatest!

Just another place in ND worth nothing more than garbage. If you're in ND then get while you can. You'll only be doing yourself a favor.
