NeurAbilities Healthcare - Seaport

Where do I start about how amazing this program is and the people who work here. When I finally got connected to Neurabilities Seaport I was frustrated and lost on how to get my son the help he so desperately needed. I dealt with DCIU which was not a good experience my son had to leave daycare by 10am each day bc his behaviors, over stimulation and elopement where so bad the staff couldn't control it so I could barely work. When Neurabilities came into our lives it was the first time I felt heard by a doctor when I met the staff I felt there was hope again. Once evaluated and services put into place I finally got back normalcy for my son and I. They taught not just my son but me as well tools to help my son succeed. When he went in clinic it was a complete game changer by the time he hit kindergarten the staff at his kindergarten didn't believe he even had behaviors. I am proud to say my son completed the program at Neurabilities this past month prepared thanks to the staff at Neurabilities Seaport. If you ask me they are nothing short of Angels.

I have tried to contact this facility numerous times to set up a tour of their clinic. I have called and even filled out their online request form. When I initially reached out, it was a few days before the New Year holiday so I knew that there was a possibility I wouldn’t hear back right away. I received a phone call that very day from someone to let me know that they forwarded my information to the clinic so that they could give me a call but because of the holidays I wouldn't hear back from them until the Thursday after New Year's. Like I said, I knew that was probably going to be the case so that was fine. However, I never heard back. I called numerous times today and no one picked up. Just goes to voicemail after having you on hold. I filled out another request form and nothing. I figured I would try my luck one more time before giving up, so I called again just now and I finally got a person only to be transferred over to a voicemail..again. I am beyond frustrated and disappointed in the lack of customer service. Especially for a potential client. If you can't get back to me for something so simple as a tour, I can't even imagine the type of communication there would be when it comes to my child.
