My experience as a student in the Neurodev program has been largely negative. While some mentors and students are genuinely kind, several issues have made my time here difficult. The living environment often feels unclean, and the frequent disabling of cell service creates unnecessary challenges. I’ve also had interactions with other students that left me feeling unsafe, and the responses to those situations didn’t give me much confidence. Overall, despite a few positive people, the program has been mostly disappointing.

I loved my experience with NeuroDev. The staff and culture were amazing and helped allow me to belong just the way I am. They truly wanted the best for me and to see me succeed in life.

Our son spent about a year with TFL, and we are extremely pleased with what Jason, Debbie, and their team provided to our family. By way of background, our son was diagnosed as a young adult with ASD and ADHD, and struggled with college, combined with extreme frustration himself as well as with us as we tried unsuccessfully to help him. The team at TFL taught him (and us!) a better way to work with his disabilities which helped him make progress toward his desired career, and even more importantly helped our relationship with him and our ability to help him in the future. We went from despair to a high optimism, and we credit this to the team at TFL. Thanks to all of you for your guidance and caring support!

At Techie for Life, I love that they focus on imparting essential life skills and providing vocational and work training. Jason and Debbie work so hard to instill skills like time management, job retention, work-life balance, and budgeting. Because of this, they seem to get buy in from their clients, which helps aid in long lasting skill development.

Techie for Life is a remarkable program tailored for individuals who are neurodivergent. The atmosphere exudes warmth and acceptance, creating a truly supportive environment. If you are seeing a program that celebrates diversity and fosters growth, Techie for Life is the perfect fit.

Techie was a godsend for us and our son. He was not happy or succeeding at home. We were told by counseling professionals that he would not fully mature until he was out on his own and supporting himself. He was always a high achiever in math and science including Honors Physics and Calculus in high school but just didn't have the drive for college or a career. We believed that Techie would be a good fit for him and it was. They really work at developing the whole person. Surprisingly, he was fully engaged with the program right from the start. He now lives on his own and supports himself financially. More importantly, he is very happy and much more sure of himself and much more conversant with us, his parents. I recommend this program highly to anyone who staff believes is a fit. I don't know where our son would have been without it.
