All in all, Loved the overall experience 💟

Except silently rude receptionist, overall experience was good. 3 step process. 1-Go tell your issue. 2-They call after they make ready of what testing is needed. And do tests. 3-they contact when they interpret and conclude the report. (Amazingly was within days-detailed and easy to understand. The recommendation were also provided) Dr.Ngwa helped with interpretation and recommendation while the other guys did the testing. Both very professional and helpful. Didn't like the excessive paperwork-like 20 pages and the receptionist is something.

Okay! I am happy with the service I got. Many reviews says something about having License or not but my daughter's report mentions " She could benefit from ABA". Well I don't need ABA but looks like we can. Well I am not 100% sure. But it was a great experience for me. Receptionist was OK, the other guy who did testing was very professional and the doctor is always smiling and explaining things in detail. If you need help for you Child, I recommend this place! Thank you Dr.Ngwa!!

If I could rate this clinic ZERO stars I would! I honestly thought I was the only one who felt harassed by the receptionist! I have been finding help for my ADHD child. I was clueless as where to start or what kind of appointment my child needed. She was not giving me any anwsers or any help what so ever! She just kept insulting me because I didn’t know what kind of appointment I needed. Later I needed some paperwork signed by a “profesional” for school. And she let me know he wasn’t a fully liscensed professional and had no way of signing the paper work. Mind you, shes over here STILL insulting me and being very very RUDE! This clinic should not be even opened until they get a new, and helpful receptionist. Someone who loves what they do and not judge anyone by their race or mental health. Thank God we found a wonderful and sweet clinic on Sandford St. In North Arlington. Sweetest and loving staff that make you feel actually in a safe space.
