I really appreciated that the instructions were clear, there was encouragement to ask questions, lots of reminders, and I was able to do it all at my own speed and in my own space. The assessment interview itself was a really pleasant experience, that felt more like a conversation than a clinical interview. Everyone at NeuroSpark is also neurodivergent so they truly understand how we function and put in the effort to make the process as smooth and pleasant as possible. I felt that my assessment thoroughly covered my lived experience, and I have confidence in my diagnosis. Booking was very easy, it's mostly self-scheduling online, and they had much sooner availability than any other practice in my area.
