I resent intervention and what PTSD bs to have witnessed those who have struggled from it and have no energy to do it at all anymore outside of their military service and work hours. Lame, I tell you.

Dr. Peacock and Rachel are amazing and kind people. The care and service they provide deserves more than 5 stars.

I came to this business as I had questions I was hoping they would be able to answer and or direct me to where I should go. OMG, Quamae was so awesome. Up almost immediately and was very knowledgeable and she gave me info and steps that were EXACTLY what I needed plus more service that would be able help me as well. So refreshing to be lucky and the person actually knows what they are trained for. ~ BOOM 123 ez pz. Lucky for me and I just want her to know how much she made my visit enjoyably. So, in case no one has told you lately Quamae ‘YOU’RE AWESOME” Thank you very much. Definitely if I could rate for 1000 stars I would put them all in your column! So, EXCELLENTEST (if that a word) CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Thank you I came out of there with the info you shared with me feeling so confident ready to let the games begin!

I have been on a long journey with them. I am so thankful for everything. Both my littles have completed the program. I want to specifically thank Nadine Garcia and Mark for everything. Nadine went above and beyond ensuring I understood everything and providing all the proper resources for my children. I cannot thank her enough. Mark was amazing as well, he ensured to show us all the techniques and explained why those strategies were beneficial and needed. I sure hope anyone needing services has the pleasure of working with them. Thank you so much for everything, you both truly made a difference in our lives and I will forever be grateful.

If you are a parent considering whether to take the leap with NEIS, I hope my experience helps you make your decision. My daughter has been with NEIS for over a year now, and while starting this journey was both new and intimidating for us, every person we have met has been welcoming and informative. Nafisa Daniels, in particular, is truly an amazing person—her wisdom and patience have made a world of difference for us. I have witnessed so many positive changes in my daughter, and I am grateful every day that we found NEIS. Thank you, Nafisa, for everything you do. Teri, I am also deeply appreciative of your patience and, most importantly, for treating my daughter with such care and understanding. Thank you both—Gigi and I feel incredibly fortunate to have you in our lives.

Amazing receptionist, amazing providers and I can not emphasize enough how great they all are.

This place has, for the most part, been good to us. If I was to give individual stars, I would give 5 starts to Christine. She is an amazing therapist, very professional but still caring, understanding and will work well with you. She goes above and beyond to make sure your kids' needs are met. If you ever want to request a therapist, push to get Christine for your kid. Bronson too was great though we had him for a very short time. The worst one we had is Dayna. She never cared at all. She didn't care to communicate with us what the schedule was, almost always came late, no apologies whatsoever, timed her commanding and rushed sessions. Overall, she was very uncaring. One of our scheduled sessions, she cancelled and didn't care enough to tell us herself. We found out through another therapist for our kid 10 minutes before our scheduled appointment that Dayna mentioned she wasn't coming, with no word on when the next appointment would be. That was January and we have never heard from her since. Avoid Dayna at all costs. Planning on going in to talk to her supervisors about her and hoping they can give us a new therapist.

This is one of the Best resources for families in this town. These people are hidden gems in our community. Thank you for all you do.
