I have experience both as a parent of a patient and as a patient myself and have always received five-star services from this practice. I found the intake process to be smooth and my therapist helped me work through some very specific challenges over a period of time. I appreciate the calm atmosphere of the office and the variety of therapists to choose from.

Therapy was something I was very closed off to. For me it was having to relive everything I was going in with & in my mind that was worse than dealing with it. I finally gave in and decided to try it almost 2 years ago and it truly was the best decision. I see Erin & we instantly connected and she made it so easy to open up and talk to her about anything. It’s my safe space & 100% judgment free. My daughter also sees a therapist here, Michelle. She is phenomenal with her and very welcoming. They are so easy to contact. Very clean office and the front office staff is wonderful. If you need someone to help you through the hard times PLEASE consider New Day Therapy.

New Day has made me enjoy attending therapy. The front desk staff is extremely friendly and know me by name. I’ve been going here for 2+ years. Before then, it was hard for me to find someone I connected with and saw several different therapists. The atmosphere is very inviting and I always feel comfortable going in. I highly recommend going here if you are in the search for somewhere new.

As a single parent or anyone who struggles themselves with getting help so that they can help themselves too I don’t recommend this place. I waited TWO months just to get an appointment. The DAY OF my appointment my sitter comes from over an hour away and they text a little less than an hour to let me know my therapist would be out sick. Another therapist could see me later but my sitter had already left (Why would they stay if there is no reason to?) Two months I could have been seeking elsewhere for help. And then to schedule another appointment I have to wait for two weeks? Clearly people reach out because they need HELP. Not a good first impression and simply just made my anxiety worse.

Quick to return calls and make appointments. They have flexible schedules which is great. Our overall experience is great and seems to be improving. 10/10 would recommend.
