My son and I have had the most positive experience working with his speech therapist at NEPS! Her interactions are always so positive and she really works to meet my son where he is at by providing encouraging feedback and making our speech sessions fun. We have seen so much progress already!

We have been with NEPS for speech therapy and OT for 3 years. We had an amazing experience and will miss working with the staff there. They are knowledgeable, professional, and very caring.

After trialing service providers in the area and feeling unhappy with the programs and growth, we decided to try New England Pediatric Services with Cass Chapman. From day one intake, to program building, Cass and her team provided wrap around support for my child who needed OT and Speech services. The space is immaculate and families coming in for treatment follow a predictable routine to keep the building and rooms the cleanest. I appreciated that! What we loved most about our time at NEP was how thorough and diligent Cass was in her data collection and goal meeting documentation. We had not had that experience in our previous settings and to receive weekly, detailed reports on where my child was at and what we were to work on in the week ahead was just priceless for us! Along with receiving such professionalism and expertise surrounding development of speech, Cass creates a comforting atmosphere that makes children want to come back every week. She is intentional about making connections to her patients and that made our sessions so much more successful. All in all, we owe so much to New England Pediatrics for helping our child back on track and eventually phasing out of needing therapies!

My daughter has received both speech and OT services through NEPS and we couldn’t be more thrilled with our experience. We’ve been particularly pleased with how the team has gone above and beyond during the pandemic, making sure the health and safety of their patients takes precedence and by providing alternative accommodations through tele-therapy sessions. The entire team is professional and friendly, and the facility is always clean. The therapists are incredibly attentive, patient, and flexible. They have put in the extra effort to get to know my daughter on a personal level and always make her feel comfortable. Likewise, they regularly validate my experiences as a parent and consistently provide helpful support and resources. Thanks to NEPS, my daughter has grown leaps and bounds!

So happy with my experience here. When my daughter started school she was unable to participate in school or speak to anyone. We brought her to NEPS where she received speech therapy, occupational therapy, and psychotherapy. After 2.5 years, she graduated! She is now fully participating in school thanks to the treatment we received here. It was well worth the 1.5 hour drive.

I cannot rave enough about the team here! We transferred from another facility for my 3 year old. The team at NEPS are some of the most dedicated and helpful people I've ever met in the history of having a medically complex child. My son does PT and OT there but every single person I've met from the owner to the therapists, to the receptionist. Literally I have nothing negative to say. My son has grown so much and they cheer for him just as hard as I do
