The staff is made up of some of the most dedicated and big-hearted people you could meet. The therapists and team members I know & love go above and beyond, not just because it’s their job, but because they truly care. They show up every day ready for a full shift and to make a difference, and you can feel that energy the second you walk in. I know great things about the RBT’s here, some incredibly hardworking individuals who are passionate about expanding their futures in this field and giving kids the absolute best support possible. They’re knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely excited about the progress their kiddos make. The environment is perfect for learning and growing. It is so organized & thoughtfully put together for learning, comfort, and fun. You can tell the owners take real pride in creating a space that families can trust. I can’t say enough good things about NH. My son has been going here for a year- the milestones and things he has accomplished since starting with Hannah and her RBTs has been life changing. It’s never easy having your child go somewhere without you and it’s hard to find people who you trust with your special needs kids specifically. From the moment I met with Hannah and her sister, my mama gut trusted them. We follow our son’s lead and every morning he waits by the front door, excited to go to “school”, he runs from the car to the clinics front doors and does his little routine of turning the printer on as soon as he walks through the doors. Seeing his happy little jumps when we get there ease any fears I’ve ever had. On top of that, the staff genuinely loves my son. He is treated with so much respect, grace, patience, and they want to see him succeed just as much as we do! Very secure clinic, the doors are always locked and the one on one ration gives me so much peace of mind. This is the place, these are the people you want caring for your child. They make a point to collaborate with us, value our input and are always willing to help walk through new things with us.
