New Heights Therapy

Can't say enough positive things about the speech services my son received here. Miss Natalie was exceptional in her work with him. She was friendly, positive and worked things into his therapy that he enjoyed so that the sessions were engaging and fun. Together they cleaned up speech errors we'd been working on for some time. We also worked with Miss Jana and interacted with Shawnalee, both of whom were great to work with. New Heights Therapy is a valuable asset to the families they serve!

My child has been seeing Ms. Lindsey for occupational therapy and she also graduated from seeing Ms. Jana for speech therapy. We have made amazing strides and my child has created such a great bond with the staff. We are very thankful to have them in our lives.

We have been going to NHT for over a year now. From the first call to the office talking to Shawnalee to our weekly appointments with Ms Amira we have so loved and appreciated everyone. My daughter loves going to her OT appointments. When you walk in the entire lobby and waiting area is kid friendly and has a monthly theme with toys and activities to match. Once in the appointment, Ms. Amira has great activities planned that are tailored to my daughter's needs. Thank you, NHT, for being one of the highlights of my daughter's week.

My son (now 13) has been receiving OT from New Heights for about a year now. He has low muscle tone and handwriting and many fine motor skills are very difficult for him. He seen both Kyla and Lindsey and both of them are great! They have helped him grow so much! Tying his shoes was one of his goals and Kyla gave us a simple solution (duo colored shoe laces) and with a little practice, he's got it! Lindsey is able to visit him at his school, which is a wonderful service that NHT offers!!

Ms. Natalie has been great with our kiddo. We’ve gotten solid advice, documentation and support from New Heights (Sound Speech) from day one, and we really love the extra events they do that help families have some holiday fun in a supportive and low stress environment.

I don't typically write reviews, but New Heights has helped my family so much that I felt I needed to. My daughter has Pica and we were at our wits ends with her putting things in her mouth. We were referred to New Heights and it was everything we needed. The building is so kid friendly and my daughter loved it. Amira was an absolute life saver. She made sense of everything we were going through and offered great suggestions, understanding, peace of mind, etc. I just can't thank her enough! On our very first visit, my daughter puked from a seizure. Not only did Amira not send us away, she recognized what had happened, helped me clean up, and continued to care for my daughter for the whole visit. She followed up afterwards with texts and has been an amazing and kind resource. Thank you, Amira!!

We’ve been partnering with NHT for about a year now, and we wouldn’t take our child anywhere else for services. The therapists have truly become like family and are some of our child’s biggest cheerleaders. From the first call, Shawnalee made the process easy and explained everything clearly — from evaluation expectations to benefits and beyond. Our clinical team of Jana Wallen, Hillary Brunin, and Natalie Moore have been incredible! Our child receives speech, OT, and feeding therapy. The collaboration between them has led to amazing progress. They’ve supported us through a tough diagnosis, the introduction of an AAC device, and so many ups and downs. Our sessions are child led with lots of giggles and forward movement! There simply aren’t enough stars to express how grateful we are. NHT is such a blessing to our family and our community — you can tell they truly love what they do, and it shows in every single interaction with our son and our family.

Miss. Jaspreet has been great working with my son. She does a great job communicating with me and incorporating new ideas during their speech time to keep my son engaged! He has made great progress and we are very pleased with our experience at new heights therapy!
