New Horizons Psychiatry

I started seeing Donna Reece for medication management, and it’s been a great experience. She actually listened, explained things clearly, and takes the time to get meds dialed in. Office staff is easy to work with and responsive. Highly recommend if you need a psychiatrist who knows their stuff and genuinely cares.

I’ve been to 4 psychiatrists, 4 neurologists, 4 cardiologists, and many other specialists. Nicole and her staff go above and beyond every time I’m there. She is the only doctor I’ve had who believes everything I tell her and values my opinion on how to move forward in the treatment process. Her and Angie both are very attentive and give a warm, safe, judge free environment.

New horizons is amazing! Nichole is wonderful and so is her staff! This place has helped me so much and I always feel so welcomed when I go there. I highly recommend!

Nichole is absolutely amazing and truly cares for her patients. Angie is amazing as well and always gets back to me right away even when it’s right before a holiday and I forgot to call for my refill.

I'm so thankful for Nichole. Because of her, I have gone from 6-7 medications to 2 that work really well. I'm no longer a walking pharmacy. She works hard to get to the root of your mental illness. She listens and is willing to work with my primary physician. She is a great advocate for my overall health. I highly recommend her.

I can not express enough, how thankful I am for Nichole Taylor, and her staff. I have seen Nichole on a personal level (family), and a professional level. I have clients of my own, whom have disabilities that go to Nichole. She is the only psychiatrist that looks for medical reasons, that people could be having mental health issues, and then addresses the mental health issues, themselves. Nichole is not afraid to tell you, if she is not experienced in dealing with certain issues, which I applaud!! I would much rather know this, than for her to pretend, and really mess a person up. I have experienced psych providers that have done this, NOT GOOD! Nichole networks with other psych providers, organizations, boards, etc. that she can turn to with difficult cases. She’s not afraid to reach out to them for help and opinions. Lastly and most importantly, she cares, she listens, and she has a huge heart! She’s the best I’ve seen in a very long time, of my career, of dealing with psychiatric providers!!

Nichole is an absolute blessing and a 1 in a million psychiatrist. I've been out of Wyoming for a year now and I'm still so thankful for the compassion and kindness she had shown me. Unlike most psychiatrists, she sits there and listens and wants to hear about your life to get the full picture in order to find the treatment that works best for you. She is kind, compassionate, and non-judgemental. Once you have her as a psych it'll be impossible to find another that you can be so comfortable with, no one listens like her! She rescheduled my very first appointment saying she was "double booked" Then she never contacted me and was so confused and didn't understand (or played like she didn't) why I left her a message about her missing our appointment. She missed 2 appointments and now she won't return my messages and I hope she doesn't. I've contacted my insurance and filed a complaint because no one deserves treatment like this from a medical professional. I wouldn't trust her prescribing me Tylenol.

Sooksai is amazing! She has helped us so much with our son who has ADHD and Autism! She’s easy to get in touch with and returns our calls quickly! I HIGHLY recommend her!
