I received terrible service. I called seeking a professional recommendation for an adult autism evaluation. The correspondent I spoke with gave me two phone numbers. The first number was for adult women only. I’m a man in my thirties with a deep voice. Not sure why she failed to recognize that but barring her auditory deficiencies, failing to ask what gender I am was predominantly the main reason this was a horrible recommendation. The other number was nonexistent. This was extremely disappointing and I still don’t have the help I need.
