Nobody answers the phone day afternoon or evening.
Maybe you guys should answer the phone. How are people supposed to get assistance when it’s bright and early in the morning and NO ONE answers on all options?
Good for there kids and family to be.
The employees that I have worked with at NYFAC are very non responsive and act as if they don't care. I have sent emails which they do not respond to and they call you with an attitude as if I am interrupting their day. Totally do not recommend this place.
