NMK ABA Therapy

My son and I went to NMK for an evaluation and what a great experience. The owner was so kind and immediately the RBTs took him to go play which made it SO much easier. They were all so nice and made us feel so welcome, even after my son aggressed at one of them.

Nackyana and her team of RBTs have been absolutely phenomenal to not only my son but also us as his parents. From the very beginning of looking for aba services, I was contacted about how there’s space availability in the center. Nackyana was very quick with responses as well as communicative during the process. Since our son has been there, he has been THRIVING! every staff member there has been very respectful and helpful. We couldn’t have asked for a better place for him. Now our son wakes up excited to go there-and that’s all we can ask for, a place where he can learn and grow and feel safe. There’s so much care within the facility. It feels really good to see people who really care and appreciate what it is that they do. Amazing place!!!

Quality services. I have never been more satisfied. The results are amazing. I love NMK ABA THERAPY for my kid.

I’ve known Nackyana since 2022 when she was my sons BCBA When I first met her, she expressed how much she loved doing everything she did and wanting to open up her own company. I had faith in her and her company that they would do what’s best for my child with services So we followed her, and took that leap of faith with her. Initially, everything was great our first RBT under her company was truly amazing, and I had no complaints. You could see the progression from the first week. Our second RBT was great as well then they started switching up RBT’s trying to SHARE HOURS. Initially, I would’ve had nothing, but good things to say about Nackyana and her company. But unfortunately, my last few interactions with the company have not been great. She does not navigate her company to the best of her ability, and she rely on on everybody else, including lead RBT to run her company. Giving me a call today and letting me know that in three weeks my son will be discharged as a client, and that they’re phasing out, his RBT dropping him to two days weeks due to scheduling conflicts but giving his RBT a new client. Also, sending an email out about the new changes about the phasing out. Stating also that I did not want in Home services. When that absolutely insane to me. When that’s how we started was in Home. I never denied in Home In all honesty, I prefer in Home. In my eyes as a parent is that they’re giving their new clients priority to the ones they already had in the ones that have been with them since the beginning. If you’re looking for an ABA company, that truly has your child’s best interest. I would not have faith in NMK ABA.
