We had a referral for this place from our pediatrician. The referral was sent over on October 23rd and I was told I would get a call to set up an appointment in 10 business days. I didn’t get one so I called my pediatrician again and they sent another referral and I called No Stone and left a message. Still no call back. I called No Stone again and left a message days later. STILL no call. I sent an upset email days later and FINALLY got a call back on November 28 and was told that I needed to fill out some things online and as soon as I do that they will call me back and put me on the 3-6 month waitlist. I did the forms immediately after hanging up and today is December 7th and haven’t heard anything back. Usually I’m patient but my almost two year old refuses to eat anything other than breast milk and it’s very important we see a specialist, which was stated in the referral and in the multiple phone calls I made. **Update. I got a call last week with an opening for today, December 19. Our OT was Emily and our first session went great. She has suggested new things the doctors haven’t even thought of and we will be seeing her twice a week. My son was comfortable with her immediately and she wasn’t pushy with him at all. She took every concern to heart and actually cared about helping my son. I have high hopes despite the scheduling difficulties. Will definitely update as we progress Updated update: we only took my son for one visit. After insurance the bill was 202.00 PER VISIT and they wanted us to come twice a week. I called to discuss the fact that we couldn’t afford it and they just offered to take me of the schedule and that was it. Doctor put in a referral for Geary county for FREE and it’s so much better because it’s in home.
We love everyone at NoStone! My daughter has seen so many of the therapists at No Stone, and they have all been amazing. She spends most of her time with a Speech therapist Leslie, and absolutely loves her. Leslie has made such a difference in our life helping our daughter communicate better, and helping us understand her better. Our daughter goes to Physical therapy, occupational, and Speech therapy. We currently see Jaden and Anastasia in PT, Kelsi and Carly in OT, and Leslie. Every single one of them truly care about her. Our daughter is so excited to go to therapy, and happy to see them. You can see that it’s more than just a job for everyone there. They have made a big difference in our life. Its overwhelming at first when you’re child has special needs. I feel so lucky to have found No Stone though, and really have made us feel not alone, and it’s been so amazing to see how far our daughter has come. Teresa, Ashley, and Meghan up front are also amazing and helpful. We love all the therapists at group therapy that she sees. We have also seen Emily, and Gilbert she L loves them also!
No Stone Unturned is such a wonderful place! Everyone is so kind and professional. Everyone treated my daughter with love and compassion. She was the mini celebrity there lol. So sad that we no longer get service there due to us moving. However, if you are looking for great therapy services for your child, look no further! It is a great place and you will see lots of progress with your child. Thank you for catering to my child. We miss you No Stone Unturned!
We have been overwhelmingly satisfied with the services provided at No Stone. We drive 1 hour for therapy once a week, and it is well worth the drive. We've seen huge improvements in our son. All his therapists are caring, nurturing, and seem to know all the little tricks of the trade to push our son in a gracious yet determined way to use his potential. Our son gladly runs to the door with a huge smile on his face once its his turn- so we know he loves it too! I just wish we lived closer!
No stone unturned is an amazing place with many therapists to help where it’s needed. We’ve been going for a few years now and I’m so impressed with how much my child has and is learning. So many wonderful therapists! they communicate well and do so much for the kids! Would always recommend NSU!
