I use to love the services that Noah's Ark provided when Dr. Mouise (forgive the misspelling )was the psychiatrist. Every since her leaving my son's has not had adequate services. Wouldn't advise anyone to be treated here.

Please save yourself the headache and continue your search for a psychiatrist elsewhere. I was referred here by my sons pediatrician. The communication and having consistency is horrible. How are you supposed to be a “Safe haven“ for KIDS if you’re constantly canceling or changing their appointments, Not properly communicating with parents, Can’t call in medication in a timely manner? My son had an appointment with Dr. Knight on a Monday that following Monday (a week later)I was still waiting on the new medication to be CALLED IN .THE LADY NEVER EVEN CALLED IT IN!!!!That Tuesday(8 whole days later )the prescription was FINALLY called in but guess what !!!!!!WE STILL CANT GET THE MEDICATION BC IT NEEDS A PRIOR AUTHORIZATION from her and she’s not responding to the messages from her receptionist. There has been an issue almost every every time she prescribes my son medication or changes his dose. She’s never in office , and we have been with the place almost a year only to recently get a call telling us we having probably been with the wrong therapist for my son and in fact he should be seeing someone who has experience with autistic kids!!! 0/10 I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

After filling out multiple pages and having an interview, I was told they had a therapist in mind for me. I waited about 10 days to hear from them. Called on a Monday and was told she’d call back that day after 1pm. No call that day or the next 4 days. I called Friday to be told (after all that time wasted on paperwork and waiting for a call) that they didn’t accept my insurance, which was shown at the time of my appointment. Suffering with depression that has lead to thoughts of suicide, getting a therapist is crucial. I could have spent my time finding help if not for the wasted time with Noah’s Ark. Would never recommend them!!

Visited the place on behalf of a referral from my son's pediatrician. Upon our initial visit everything appeared ok and his visit went well. However there is a serious lack of communication. I've been tried and have since given up on getting a psych visit since March. The dr is only available on Mondays. Receiving a callback is like pulling teeth.

I had my first visit with the Therapist. I was there for 30 minutes to tell me all I needed was sleep. I came there for help with various issues that have occurred in my life and left with nothing. But they got $200.00 out of me for a 30 minute visit. Maybe they are good with children and adolescents, but not adults. I will be going somewhere else.

Places like this is why it’s so hard to get good care for special needs kids. The lady that did the intake cussed several times (my autistic son is now repeating those words) The wait was terrible and with an autistic child waiting is not easy. We will not be continuing care here. Not very professional at all.
