This place a joke … had therapy nd skills w Ana aka Anastasia thy signed my child out of school without getting permission for em mind you I never seen the lady face !! So I was mad I didn’t even knw my child was gone no message from rag school or nothing on top nobody never calls and update me on they sessions they have with my daughter then when I got mad and told them o now it’s we going to cut services anyway bc we can’t get through to her … well maybe if you get more training on top Of that next time get permission from parents to take a child off school premises and let parents know what’s going on with sessions start there first…I liked xtra perks with ymca bt the hell with that it’s not helping my child anyway !!! This entire incident was insane to me I’m just fed up bring ya child somewhere else these ppl need more training and education … this is from my personal experience and opinion …

Very exploitative practices, there are better mental health resources in Minot. Always get a second opinion. If you feel pressured into services know your rights as a patient and advocate for yourself. Telehealth should be banned for use in mental health screenings. Therapists have their children within the workspace and can hear you... that's called secondhand trauma. Very unprofessional.

0 stars. I'm convinced most of the people there use substances. They ended services with my autistic child because he couldn't communicate well with them. Dr. Weber is not a great therapist which Sage Goodman (former case manager) stated she would be. Goodman also lied about my son being interviewed by a therapist, but instead was not, she had us speak with a psychiatrist down in Bismarck via Telehealth. My son's father and I told this person that we were to speak with a therapist, and would only use psych as a last resort. This person in Bismarck was yelling and said, "Why did you waste my time then). She did not have any paperwork at all (Goodman did not submit any paperwork to anyone). This person in Bismarck was rude, snotty, obnoxious and belligerent (she seemed under the influence of some substance). The thereapist that my son did see (Weber) and she was totally uninterested in helping him with his diagnosis that she was supposed to be great at. I've already contacted DHHS, North Dakota Disability Services and a lawyer, so these people will be hearing from one of them soon. Everyone there should be drug tested (the employees tattoos and piercings run amok there). I hope this place is fined and that they fire all of these incompetint ignoramuses involved.

I checked myself into treatment 7 years ago. I took It seriously and because of people in these rooms I am now healing from my trauma. And would love to return as a speaker. And how I did it. Maybe someday even if I never know the person. Thank you to the staff that helped me find out who I really am. In fact I've been encouraged to run for county i live in. not sure if I'll do it but I must be doing something right.
