I would like to take the time, and I hope that you, the reader, can understand the following: I received my son's diagnosis when he was turning 3 years old. Every mother or father instinctively knows that something is going on with their little ones, but acceptance is very difficult! When I received the diagnosis, I felt lost, I was depressed and grieving intensely. I searched countless ABA centers in my area and liked three of them. Of those three, NGAC in Woodstock had a very long waiting list. I was afraid of the word AUTISM! I think it was something I couldn't see beyond videos or opinions from friends or the internet. And one day God told me to go back to this place again! And Jocelyn attended to me, she received my documents, and she always has the perfect words to calm the thoughts of those who have just received a diagnosis like mine! My son was irritable, he didn't like to walk, he didn't socialize, he didn't talk, he wore diapers—it was so many things at the same time… And God gave me the opportunity to belong to this wonderful family. Jonathan!! It's incredible how he sets goals for my little son's progress!! Seeing how people want your child to progress is something I can't explain. Jocelyn!! You are my angel!! You were born for this vocation! To help families understand that Autism is just a word! It's not a prognosis. Bayley: My son's first RBT, a loving, caring therapist, who explains my son's daily achievements in detail. Caroline: Your energy, your enthusiasm, your smile, and your patience with my son have been incredible. I want to thank everyone who works at this clinic, all the RBTs, thank you for helping families who receive a diagnosis understand that not all is lost! That our lives are wonderful with our children's diagnoses! And the best is yet to come. My son walks, he talks, he is no longer irritable. I am grateful for and celebrate every achievement my son has thanks to your work, effort, and dedication. My family and I can enjoy our son even more because we, the parents, are the ones who change, not our children! Thank you for your beautiful work!

Everyone at NGAC has been so sweet and loving to my son. Your efforts do not go unnoticed and I appreciate the patience they have with him and me as well. I know he has a special place in his heart for Kayla and Jaydon at the moment but We love you all.

My boys have come to life with the help of NGAC!!!! My husband and I are so very thankful!! Pratt now speaks instead of screams and Keegan is not fooling mama so much!! 😜 y’all are THE best!! Merry Christmas 🎄🎁

My son started with NGAC when he was 3 1/2 years old. He received the services for 18 months and had huge improvement and growth. throughout 18 months I coordinated with 3 BCBA' s and they all are so communicative and work through all my son requirements. very positive impact. Now my son is 5 yrs old, he follows the directions, diaper train, and started talking. my son grew so much in this journey. My son always ready to go when I drop him! Thank you is not enough to express the feelings. For some personal circumstance we have to pause the therapy but I highly recommended. Isabella Layton -- wanted to thank you specifically in last 45 days you really worked so so hard with consistency, I can see that huge jump in his growth!

I have no words to describe. They will be forever part of our lives. The impact that every single staff member from NGAC made on our family can’t be compared to anything else. We came in with our then 6 year old boy, non-verbal, using pull up diapers, not connecting with peers, not able to function in school. 11 months later he surpassed all the goals we set for him- and beyond! But the most impactful part is how everyone that worked with him showed every day that they cared about my son. They made him and us feel so special. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Everyone at NGAC has your child’s best interest and well being as their first priority. We’ve been so lucky to have them work with both our autistic kids.

Nothing but good things to say about NGAC! They helped my son tremendously with everything from speech, toilet training, food training, and much more. The therapists here are amazingly supportive and attentive. My family is forever grateful for our son's time here!
