Zero stars they gave me a prostate exam when I’m pretty sure all I needed was antibiotics but they didn’t try or offer any at all, and only offered like horrible tests that they didn’t think would work anyway and they didn’t help me in anyway. I’m not even 20.
Dr. Peterson was especially straightforward and nice to deal with. Working with Sherry is a top of the line experience; the grants she obtained to alleviate drastic costs on my medication endears me to her in gratefulness for her services. She is just as vital or more to the organization as anyone. While waiting for my appointment last time I met a woman who comes from Medical Lake with her husband just because the care is so good. She had experienced poor expertise in Spokane and felt the extra distance was definitely worth the better care her husband received. That’s a pretty strong endorsement.
Dr. Clark and his staff are amazing. They are very professional, efficient ,and respectful of me as their patient. My questions are always answered and they take the time to make sure I understand what is going on and their plans for treatment. I feel fully informed and would highly recommend NIU to anyone without reservation.
Everything is always easy here
We moved to Sandpoint from port Townsend, WA. Switching doctors is always mind boggling. My experience with North Idaho Urology was excellent. Caring and knowledgeable nurses and doctor was wonderful. Would recommend them to anyone with those kind of needs.
The entire team, from the minute I walked in until I left were kind, knowledgeable and professional. I was nervous and they made me very comfortable! Dr. McCloughlin and Jamie are a great team. They are both very gentle spirits. Dr. M explained everything in a uncomplicated way. Thank you for taking good care of me!
Thankfully, I was able to get an appointment rather quickly. The front desk was polite, quick and thorough. First person in patient room was thorough and very helpful getting all the details. The PA, Richard, was great. Very helpful, thorough and informative. Explained my condition(s) and corrective actions when deemed necessary Very happy with my first experience……..
