People are excellent and caring. I think they need more equipment to help both the patients and staff.
Everyone there is super nice and welcoming! Anytime I'm struggling with an exercise, they adjust it for me, without making me feel bad about it, and I cannot believe how much progress I've made in just a couple of weeks! It's so nice to go somewhere where the people who work there really seem to enjoy their jobs.
All the staff we have encountered have been welcoming. Scheduling was easy and they keep to the appointment times. We have been taking our son there to see Molly for a little over a month now due to his torticollis. She has been amazing. She's gently and loving with him, explains all the movements and helps us practice "home work" so that we're comfortable with his therapies at home. We are so thankful for them
Peter and the team have been amazing helping me heal. The facility is clean, organized, and well stocked/equipped. The whole staff is very friendly and patient.
Front desk staff have been very friendly and professional. My physical therapist Peter has been great to work with. He takes into consideration what motivates me; and what exercises I like/don't like, then he tailors the therapy plan with that in mind. The staff really does take the time to get to know you, as an individual.
