The office manager is really unhelpful and kind of rude.
I had really bad experience with billing they charged me according to them all the copayments at once and later they charged me again, now according to them I owe money but they never gave me my statement and they never answer and i being dealing for couple months. Poor service
Members of my family, adult and child, have seen a few of the providers here over the years and they have all been positive experiences. The office staff is always very helpful and professional, too.
The services provided by this company have helped me grow immessurably as a person and, while much of this growth was due to my diligent efforts and hard work, I credit the practitioner I have worked with for several years as having played a vital role in who I am today. Incredibly high quality service all around that I would seriously recommend for anybody considering patronizing this business.
I’ve been a patient of Dr Brian Haigh on and off for nearly ten years. (starting as a preteen ending care in young adulthood) I’ve also seen a handful of other providers at North Star. In my opinion each of the providers that I’ve worked with are caring people with good intentions. However, their therapeutic methods were unprofessional. Throughout my care, there were countless incidents with conflicts of interests, which caused lasting damages in many of my personal relationships. I’ve had unprofessional experiences with their management as well. I requested my medical records over a year and I still haven’t heard back from the reception. For these reasons, I would not recommend this practice to anyone.
I'd honestly rather deal with wanting to kill myself twice a week than deal with the office staff when trying to book an appointment. No wonder they have availability, it's because the majority people who have tried have given up.There must be some sort of nepotism or favoritism involved because I can't imagine any other reason this person is still around. Edit: A few days later 12/20, and I'm still angry at how frustrating this was for me. This place has the only trans psych that I've been able to find here in NM, so this was really my only shot at finding one sympathetic to my struggle. It's ridiculous how impossible and infuriating they've made it to send in paperwork if you're not in-person.
Absolutely horrendous customer service and front office staff. Front office refuses to send notifications to my device to tell me when I'm scheduled for appointments, so if I don't know when I'm scheduled, it shows me as a 'no call no show'. Because the office incomitance, I might be losing my therapy I've been to for YEARS!!! Absolutely horrendous and I will be fighting this!!! The therapists are absolutely incredible and they aren't the problem!!! ITS THE OFFICE!!!
