Honestly so disappointed with this company. Changed my therapist 3 times UNDER 1 year. I had a lot of anxiety about starting over again with another therapist and missed my appointment ONCE and they charged me $100 fee. Changing a therapist on an anxious patient 3 times under a year is not mental health friendly. Wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. Steer clear.

Gone through 2 drs. First dr kept jumping from med to med every visit with no time in-between to properly wean off of the prior medication and just kept trying to give me anti depressants no matter how many times I told them I am not depressed. The 2nd started doing the same exact thing and with the same medications like they were almost both working off of a manual or checklist. I would recommend if you feel depressed since that's basically all they seem to know about.

Scheduled an intake appointment with the prescriber at this office with central scheduling instead of with my local office - for various reasons that were discussed between myself and central. The day before my appointment, someone calls and says they've cancelled my appointment and given my information to my local office per direction from the office manager. I explain why I intentionally did not schedule with that office and chose this one instead. The staff continued to speak to me in a patronizing tone and ignored everything I had just said. Eventually she stated that she would speak to the office manager and call me back. No call back, and no answer when calling the office about rescheduling my appointment, nor was there a return call. If this is how inept the office staff is, I wonder if this company realizes how it also negatively reflects the capabilities of the providers at this site.

My experience here so far has been very good I love my therapist she really listens and she is really concerned about wat I have to say and the med person he is very kind too I don't know about these other comments but I TRUELY love coming here it's close to where I live much better than my last place I was at🤗🤗🤗

I adore this place. I talk to Melissa every week and she's so nice. I have severe health anxiety and she's helping me through it. I used to have another therapist back in 2015 (Not Northeast Health) who wasn't that great. I will always love Melissa so much and I appreciate everything she does! 😊 Thank you so much!

Unethical and dishonest billing practices. I was told multiple times that I didn’t have a copayment. My account has a $0 balance and no billing statements available. My card was randomly charged $300 without receiving any invoices, balances or statements via email, mail or my patient account. When I called to inquire about it, no one in the billing department or the office could tell what the charge was for. It turns out I actually had a $35 copayment that no one informed me about. And instead of informing me of this, they unexpectedly charged my card. I am also being charged a $120 cancellation fee when their policy says $50. It’s so disappointing because the care I received from the two professionals I was working with was great. But I no longer feel comfortable working with Northeast health services or their parent company transformations care network because of this. Do not work with this company.

My experience here was negative. I don't plan on coming to Northeast for services. The front desk staff are not helpful. They wouldn't let me switch providers with another provider. I called to ask if I could switch but the woman on the phone wouldn't let me.

Tms treatment is great. However, if your looking for a prescriber, do not i repeat do not go to Desiree Santos. On July 18th I asked for gene sight testing, which help clarify via your DNA which medications are best for your illnesses. As of today, Sept 4th she still had no answer, no did she seem to care of its status. I called the genesight myself, spoke to the manager who informed me they attempted to contact her multiple times to complete her registration and she never did. Not until today when I had to over step her as a medical professional and speak to her supervisor. I also spoke to my insurance company and stopped all payments and reversed prior payments, as I dont believe a prescriber should be paid hundreds of dollar when today's visit was a total of 6 minutes and ended with her giving me an attitude because she was late to our virtual appt. I will also be contacting the board of medical licensure to make sure she isn't giving the bare minimum to all her other clients. I agree as well that the selection of front desk staff need a re training to understand that it doesn't matter if your in a meeting about what you need to do better, you still have to answer their questions. After genesight test is sent to my home I will be canceling services with Desiree Santos, and once my tms services are complete in October. I will not be returning to Northeast health services. Very unprofessional and irresponsible. Your supposed to be helping my mental health not causing me more. Results- 2.5 months and no genesight testing or results to intereprate after tms treatment. And genesight supervisor told me it takes less then a week to register as a prescriber to sent the kit too me. So her lack of follow up will be noted in my complaint to the medical board on how she doesn't take mental health serious.
