Attempted to start services with this provider, just for the forms that were sent over to me had 2 different patients information on it. When addressed 2x, the provider I was interested to see, stated that wasn’t her job to send over the forms. The same provider called me 2x to attempt to confirm another patients appt and when she learned she had the wrong number, she hung up. If you’re looking for a provider who violates HIPPA on a daily, is very UN-organized and as well as DIS-organized then you’ve found the right provider. Also if your availability doesn’t work for one provider, they’ll pass your information along to another provider without informing you that they’ll be doing so or ask if you’re even willing to see the other provider. I expected too much from a mental health professional in Milwaukee.

Great professional therapists got back to me asap & was available to be seen within a week highly recommended

Called multiple times to schedule a session and left a message but was never given a call back by no one in the facility, not a good way to serve the community.

I must say this place is the "best" in town its small comfortable and clean and the doctors drop dead awesome i been going here since i was 26 and i am 32 now if anyone looking for a decent place to see a psychologist and wants to feel at home come here.
