I have been calling this place leaving voicemails trying to get my son enrolled as he is level 3 and needs it severely but they have been playing phone tag. Calling me hours or days later and not even leaving a voicemail and I am done I am moving forward with another place this is ridiculous the way they cannot get back to you in any form. Email, text, voicemail, nothing just phone tag!
Northwest ABA therapy is the best the therapist there devoted to the children support for the parents. My grandson has made great gains because of northwest ABA.
There is no place that goes above and beyond to help clients and their families like NWABA does. The BCBA’s are extremely knowledgeable and are always available for support no matter where they are. Each therapist is dedicated to their job and client success. This is a company that provides monthly trainings to all employees, requests feedback to gain knowledge on what could be improved and what is working well, and also assess employees each quarter to ensure you are getting the best therapy possible. Whether you are having session in home, in school, or in clinic, you cannot go wrong with this company.
