I’ve been to many counseling places. And this is far the best. They care and the receptionists are just so sweet and thoughtful. Best place hands down

Best Dental Place Around! They Do Good Work And They Treat You Like Family

Best place you can ever be referred to. The people there genuinely care about you. They go above and beyond caring about you and what holds you back in life. They were life changing for me. I couldn't be happier with the care and treatment I received. They are the most honest realistic doctors that I have ever had the pleasure to meet. In my opinion there's. I one better than dr kline.

This has to be THE worst "Doctors " office in MO. I've been calling for over a week for a prescription refill, no one has returned my calls, and no medicine has been called in. Ridiculous.

Vote this up cause everone should see this. FIRST of all, this is a BEHAVIORAL center. Thier concern is not your body but your brain and mental health. Anything else, you should consult a MEDICAL doctor. The next thing everyone needs to understand. Our government does not put much stock into mental health, and so, society fallows. So the very fact that this place even exists is a miracle. Financially, its probably pretty rough for everyone working there. Finally, Understand that because of many factors, this location has very few Psychologist/Psychiatrist. And the ones that are there, due to the nature of thier very essence which made them choose this proffesion, are overloaded and overwork themselves. SO cut them A LOT of slack. If your having troubles with speaking with someone and it is very important. I would assume it is important enough for you to GO IN PERSON. And due to thier stretched schedual and the staggering amount of people that need help, it is only understandable that they ask that you stick to thier rules and make no to very little exceptions. Especially in the initial appointments. If you cant make every effort to show, there are plenty of others who need the help that will. SO to anyone reading this. Dont go in with a negative view of this place before you even entered. It will help you. The 3 queen thing... that is something else...

Lack of communication. Will bend the rules or elongate the rules to suit their needs but will not make exceptions to help the patient.

I have been a customer of theirs longer than most of the employees have been there. Their target market is not the gainfully employed, or so it seems. They have failed to meet their commitments to me over the past few months. If you want to experience what may best be defined as incompetence, this might be your kind of a place. Simple test, call and try to speak to someone, a person. That being said, some of the staff tries hard to make it all work. Some, not all. If and when they pull their act together, I will change this review. Until then. I suggest you find another facility, as the frustration they have caused me over the past few months is something I would wish on no one. The ultimate insult for me was when a manager, Dawn, make a commitment to me, failed to meet that commitment and then would not return my phone calls. Whitney had also failed to meet what she has stated she would do for me, "I don't remember saying that" was her comment, she might only be able to hear what she wants too. But - she was also about the best thing they had going for them. Eric, he answers calls, Eric I do not know how you put up with it, I feel for you. I am probably going to have to make the time to file a formal complaint against them with the Board of Registration for the Healing Arts, that is how poorly my interactions have been with them over the past few months. It's been in decline for over a year, and that may be more of a reflection on the medical industry as a whole. It's all about the money - not the patient, or so it sometimes seems.... Oh! My wife is healthy, so she does not need to go to the doctor very much. When she did get sick, they told her the doctor she used would not longer see her as she had not been in for 2 years. And it was far more of a hassle for her to get help than it ever should of been. My diagnosis is a case of incompetence and bureaucratic blunder. See, some humor in this.

I absoultely love my doctor Rachel! Shes always so kind, makes you feel comfortable.. I'm about to move away on the 16th, and her and the staff are helping me get seen 1 more time before i leave (9 days from now), The staff and her are awesome! Deffinently going to miss this place. I stopped by this office after being involved in a golf cart accident. I was greeted by a nurse practitioner who introduced herself as the $3 prescription queen. I asked for an X-Ray, because I was messed up pretty bad from having a golf cart rolled on me. After laughing, she asked, "a golf cart?" She refused to give me an X-Ray, which seemed convenient considering the lady up front told me their machine was broken. After addressing NONE of my concerns she prescribed me, you guessed it, a $3 medication. Before she could send me away, I reminded her that she didn't address ANY of my concerns. This lady came into that office KNOWING she was going to write me one of her $3 scripts before even seeing me, ridiculed me for being injured, and refused to give me an X-Ray. I spent the next several months unable to roll over in bed, it took 8 months before I could gently throw a ball and this professional wouldn't give me an X-Ray? I'll likely be dealing with the lingering pain from that accident my entire life. I strongly recommend that you find someplace else to go if you're in need an actual assessment or anything other than a $3 prescription.
