Some that is sent there because of his mental instability and then let go the next day is like they don't want to work

Total joke of a mental health organization. After seeking help here for both me and my girlfriend.... that was a big mistake. No bloodwork done before shoving meds at people and little to zero help otherwise. Most of the staff was less than friendly and usually unwilling to help. Both of us where miss diagnosed and improperly prescribed medication. Haven't been back since March and will never return.

They said they won’t refill my medication on time due to missed appointments but the only reason I refuse to show up for said appointments is because I’ve went 5 times without medication refilled!!! They’re a total joke. The way they withhold medication from their patients should be ILLEGAL!!!!

These people discharged a child without warning or notice, based on assumptions from notes from a therapist who has not been available for weeks. No one called to confirm that there was mental healthcare or medication management in place. The child was left without medication and another appointment was made for two more weeks out. Garbage.

I really enjoy this place. I go here for anxiety treatment: psychiatric and behavioral therapy. Dr Chesler is great and very understanding. But mostly my praise is for my counselor Sharon. It feels so good to have someone who I can talk to about any scenario in the last few weeks that I had issues with, and she can provide an unbiased outside perspective. She guides me to handle my stress better, she helps me build my social skills toolbox, and generally helps to build up my confidence in my ability to grow.
