Today’s visit is the third time I’ve met with Dr Kearns and each time he has met with my spouse and I his demeanor has been both comfortable and calming, and his personality has put us at ease. He has taken time to hear our concerns, he’s given us difficult news with kindness, and he’s given us both concrete steps and potential next steps to complete a comprehensive plan of action. Furthermore, because I’ve met with Dr, Kearns over a six-year period, his consistency over time has also been very encouraging. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Kearns for any potentially painful long-term journey you may experience.

Don't get me wrong, the team is great and knowledgeable. However, they need to find a better way to explain their pricing. I accept my part that I may have misunderstood them. But with a service that is diagnosing learning disabilities, having clear explanations and expectations of how the pricing works is important. I thought the total would have been around $3.5K but ended up being over $6K in cost. When I had the meeting with their finance person, he showed me a price of about $3.5K and I thought that was the cost for the services not billed to insurance combined with the cost that is billed to insurance. However, $3.5K is the total not billed to insurance and then almost another $3K went straight to my deductible. I asked the front office if they were in network and I was told yes before any of the testing started. However, they weren't and so it went to an out of network deductible. I could barely afford the $3k so I am in shock that I am needing to find the money for the extra cost. If you have to finance with the office, you get charged 15% interest if you don't pay at least $500/month to your total. Once again, the clinicians were great, but just have the expectation of how expensive it is going to cost so the price doesnt come as a shock after everything is finished.

I love the thoroughness of the testing. She really knows what she is talking about and is able to dig deep to determine what is going on academically and socially. I have taken both my children to her when they were young and now that my daughter is a teen I am back for some more evaluations. I really enjoy working with Dr Faye and her team

Dr. Fay has a wealth of knowledge to help guide parents on what kids with special challenges need. We have worked with her for both of our children.

Fantastic evaluation and therapy. Tremendous help for our child, in particular, but also for our entire family. Very helpful in advocating school issues and securing services for children in school.
