I have been taking my son here for over a year and he has improved in his speech and social skills drastically. My son has ASD and this has been the only place he has been able to sit with the therapist and talk. It is a great place! I appreciate the people that work there entirely.

Unfortunately have not had a pleasant experience with this place. The communication is lacking. I’m pretty sure the lady who works the front desk does not relay messages like she should. I’ve been waiting before thanksgiving to get my son in for his speech appointments. No call back. I’m done waiting on them. More has happened with this place but it would be wayyyy too long to type.

My son has been going here for almost 2 and a half years and the progress he has made has been phenomenal! We love the staff and felt like family. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

I absolutely love the staff, as does my son. They are always very welcoming and so friendly. My son didn't speak much prior to coming here, and now he is forming small sentences in only a few weeks!

The WORST place for speech therapy in Sumter! ..Unless your child loves being taken by a stranger in a mask and locked in a room by another stranger in a mask. What child wouldn’t be afraid if he/she is not exposed to masks regularly?! Despite suggesting I join my child until trust is earned, they were so rude and continued to say “I’m taking your child” um NO ma’am you’re NOT! Then to get nasty faces, attitude and “parenting advice”..its no wonder this was the only place in town with Availability! To think that having my child scream for 30 minutes bc he doesn’t know you and you take him to a room in a house and shut the door, will be productive as he will “eventually get used to it” is RIDICULOUS and traumatizing. I don’t blame my child for hating this place, as I hated it too!! Masks for speech therapy is counterproductive anyways so why waste your time at this place that doesn’t even feel welcoming and doesn’t care to NICELY accommodate to a child in a new environment. Plus petty things like waiting in your car until the session, cov!d questionnaire every time, mandatory masks for everyone, and forcing sanitizer on you and your child without asking. Even the doctors office doesn’t do any of that anymore! Save you and your child from ridiculous horrible service and go elsewhere!

This is the best place to bring your children. I would totally recommend any one who needs help with there children speech. My son loves coming. Ms.Palmer is phenomenal at what she does. My son speech is so much better since he has been attending Notable Pathways.

Bryson’s speech has flourished so much, since he has been attending Notable Pathways. Very nice receptionist & welcoming environment. I can’t wait to continue my Journey with Notable Pathways.
