Comprehensive ABA therapy services tailored to your needs
Seth and Kayla are the most amazing supervisors there! They are so kind and always make sure the technicians get the answers they need!
NOVA ABA Learning Center provides exceptional care and individualized support. The therapists are knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly committed to each client’s success.
We’ve had such a wonderful experience with Nova ABA! My son, absolutely loves it and looks forward to going to school every single day. The staff is so caring, patient, and truly invested in his growth. It’s such a blessing to see him excited and happy to learn in an environment where he feels supported and understood. We are so grateful for everything Nova ABA has done for him!
Edit: Please actually take accountability in your mistakes instead of trying to gaslight your clients. I have all the emails, none of which an apology was ever made until it was pointed out and I clearly explained she has dual coverage and the insurance you do take should come first, given the birthday rule of which parents birthday comes first (google it). No one else seems to have this problem except Nova. It should not be the clients fault for you not knowing how to bill properly or explaining before hand which insurance you do and don't take, to not waste anyone's time. I'd also like to add she only has dual coverage because YOU requested for her to be added onto mines since you could not accept her fathers insurance. AFTER she was added, you explained then you still could not take her. I have all the emails and would love to show you again if it'll clarify YOUR misunderstanding of what happened. As the owner, this is just dumb so just stop trying to justify your shitty actions. This place gave us false hope for MONTHS, misleading us into believing my daughter was on the waitlist and was going to get assistance from them. If I hadn't reached out to see where we were on the waitlist, we probably would've waited forever for no reason. Taylor was great to work with but Emily was very condescending and not once ever even tried to apologize for their lack of misinforming us. This was our top pick facility and staff for ABA and luckily for us, now we know and can go elsewhere. The lack of reviews really shows and these are people we're supposed to trust helping our kids. Really goes to show that no matter what fancy degree you have, that's all you have sometimes because the lack of communication, transparency, customer service and professionalism is top notch here.
Tell us what you're looking for and ABA Navigator will help connect your family with care.
