Erika Eagerton is the employing doctor. Unfortunately, this office does not have their business in order. For this reason, my child is no longer able to get the mental care she needs. Please choose to put people first. Train your staff. Despite multiple attempts toward rectification, Erika and her office have not responded.

I first reached out on March 27th and I was told that I would be put on the waitlist until September or October. I was given the phone number of Toribio Psychological Services while I waited to hear back from them. Then on June 26th, I was reached out and I called back the next day. Alyssa and I were in contact for two days. She let me know that I had to electronically sign the Intake Form. Then I was told to sign up for the old Patient Portal they had and to sign other pending documents but then I told them I didn't see anything on my end. I did let them know about the issue and then eventually I was reached out once again on August 15th. Alyssa asked me if I was still interested in services and I told her I was since the evaluator at Toribio Psychological Services told me that I would placed on the waitlist. Alyssa told me that since I was recently diagnosed, she would set me up with an appointment the following week and told me to create an account on the new Patient Portal to sign the pending documents I couldn't sign last time. My therapist is very nice and actually takes the time to get to know me. Alyssa is the Office Manager and it is a pleasure to talk with her. Stephanie is such a nice clerk to talk to. I highly recommend here! You will feel the difference and you are actually heard out. I like how they are TeleHealth friendly and flexible. Thanks Nucleus Behavioral Health!
