Nurturing Minds ABA

Nurturing Minds has been a complete game changer for our daughter! Our daughter is 4 years old and nonverbal autistic. After feeling like the school system had already failed her in preschool, we began looking into options to pull her out and enroll her in full-time ABA. After just one month, Nurturing Minds was able to help her accomplish goals that the school system couldn't even get her to attend to in the two years she attended. We immediately saw her progress at ABA with Nurturing Minds carry over into her everyday home life and into her other therapies as well. Her other therapists noticed very early on that skills being targeted at ABA were showing up in their sessions too. She has made incredible strides using her AAC device because of the thoughtful, child centered approach Nurturing Minds takes. As amazing as it is to see your special needs child reach goals, the biggest praise I have for Nurturing Minds is their willingness to truly meet our child exactly where she is. Unlike other ABA clinics and school programs that made us feel like our children needed to conform to certain standards to be considered “successful,” Nurturing Minds embraces who our daughter is. For the first time, our daughter is excited every single day to go to ABA. After her very first week, she spent the entire weekend repeatedly asking us by using her AAC device to go back to ABA. That had never happened in our previous experiences. From the very beginning, Nurturing Minds has been exceptional with communication, support, and care. It truly feels like we have a team that not only supports our daughter’s development but genuinely cares about her as an individual. I cannot praise this clinic enough. Jennifer, every single RBT, and the client care coordinator are truly the best ABA providers you could hope for for your child.

My child absolutely loves Nurturing Minds and looks forward to going every day! Jen has been so helpful since day one and is always finding new ways to support not only our daughter but our family. Wow! The transformation of this space from an office suite into a clean, calming environment is amazing! I toured the clinic before it was ready and when I came back the space was so amazing. Nurturing Minds has everything a child needs to stimulate, to calm and to learn the ways of the "real world". Im so excited to see how many wonderful life's will be touch in this space. Jen, Maddy, Kelly and Ava are not only caring and loving, but knowledgeable and ready to show the kiddos how to be who they are meant to be. Wishing many happy and long years for this clinic.

My family & I were introduced to Jennifer Addison in the beginning of my son’s ABA journey. As a first time mom still process the current Austism/Non-Verbal diagnosis, Jennifer put my reluctance at ease. She welcomed my son into the facility allowing him to be himself to observe his current behaviors and begin personalizing techniques to help aid his behavior and speech. My son truly favored Jennifer which let me know he felt comfortable with her. My son is now 3 years old and no longer considered non verbal and behaviors have significantly decreased.
