Staff is incompetent. I was unable to attend online zoom group on time because they spelled my email address wrong. Then the staff sent the wrong link. Finally I got the right zoom login link and the presenter wouldn't let me in the group right away

I am the patient of tyrolt ngole. He said to social services I can work twenty hours per day for my disability case which isn’t humanely possible. They won’t reach me to the supervisor. If I could leave negative stars I would.

These people knew, and documented domestic violence and abuse. They did nothing. They told me "Well you have a history of ___list of made up diagnosis i didn't actually have___, so you are likely just overpaying it." I was sent to the hospital after my ex dragged me by the hair down the hallway of our apartment complex the next day and severely hospitalized from domestic abuse after that, BECAUSE HE WAS MY EMERGENCY CONTACT AND THEY TOLD HIM WHAT I SAID. Do not trust them.

I was diagnosed with psychosis when I told the doctor I was concerned about an allergic reaction that landed me in the hospital. I was hospitalized for over a week being monitored while they took me off each medications. They also misdiagnosed literal grandmal seizures as "muscle spasms" instead of recommending a neurologist. I am just now finding out this year that they caused me 11 years of medical misinformation about my own health which has now caused long term issues, not only in medical, but in legal as well.
