My counselor Zamen is an absolute life saver, truly. She holds me accountable without judgement, puts a lot of things into perspective that I hadn't thought of, helps me learn to cope with my severe anxiety, depression, etc, and just all around treats me like I'm human. Her office is warm, inviting and tranquil. She has virtual appointments and is open to rescheduling with ease if something comes up or I can't make it into the office. She is an incredible counselor with a ton of empathy and compassion for those that are hurting. I cannot recommend her services enough! She also accepts lots of insurances (I have state insurance mind you). 100/10 recommend 💜

I have been in therapy for about 3-4 months with and its a great experience. She allows me to speak, then provides insights after asking me questions. This was my first experience in therapy and I’ve recommended to a lot of friends to start therapy because of my positive experience. In fact I’ve had 4 friends that have thought about therapy, start to go after I told them. I could not have been anymore lucky to get a great therapist on my first try.
